Specialised accommodation help desk, located within the “Centro InformaGiovani”, which aims to guide and accompany young people along individual paths for independent housing.
It provides information and material on different types of existing contracts, related laws to tax concessions (tax on household refuse “TARSU”, tax deductions), other housing solutions (co-housing, social housing), programs and actions concerning city housing policies, programs and projects implemented by private promoters.
The help desk is one of the activities foreseen under the "C.A.S.A. Project”, and is co-financed by the Ministry of Youth. Other activities concern economic support, provided in the form of an honour loan and the provision of a guarantee fund.
